We retain employment, attendance, leave and reimbursement records for as long as needed for operational, audit, and legal purposes, or as required by applicable law and Company policy. Account access ends when your employment / authorisation ends, subject to retention rules.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal data (including encrypted transport to our servers and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Children’s privacy

AMTV HRMS and AMTV HRMS HOD are workplace applications intended for authorised adult employees and managers. They are not directed at children under 13 (or the age required by local law).
