This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application AMTV HRMS HOD (package name com.amtelevision.hrmshod) available on Google Play under the developer name Pragplay, operated by AM TELEVISION PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Who provides this app

2. Who this app is for

AMTV HRMS HOD is an internal workplace application for authorised Heads of Department / managers of AM Television. It is not a consumer social or advertising app and is not directed to children.

• Files you upload: receipts or supporting documents attached to claims/requests
• Device / technical data: app version, device OS, IP address, push notification token, crash/diagnostic logs, network status

AMTV HRMS HOD primarily uses Internet access and optional notification permission. It does not require advertising ID collection for ads.

• Authenticate users and operate the HOD console
• Show and process leave / reimbursement approvals
• Create, edit, publish and review department rosters
• Show attendance compliance / match information
• Send operational notifications related to approvals and roster

6. Data retention

We retain account, approval, roster and related HR records for as long as needed for operational, employment, audit, and legal purposes, or as required by applicable law and company policy. Access ends when employment/authorisation ends, subject to retention rules.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) to our servers and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and data deletion

• You can sign out of AMTV HRMS HOD to clear local session tokens on the device.
• You can disable notification permission in Android settings.
• To request correction or deletion of personal data associated with your workplace account, contact HR / IT or email support@amtelevision.in with subject “AMTV HRMS HOD data request”.
• Account access is provisioned by AM TELEVISION PRIVATE LIMITED for employees/managers. When access is removed or a deletion request is approved under company policy, associated app access is revoked and data is deleted or retained only as legally required.

9. Children’s privacy
